Since 1991 Chris Coad has been a commercial photographer specialising in Corporate, Advertising and Editorial photography. He is based in Wellington, New Zealand. He has a specialist interest in automotive CGI backgrounds .
He has worked on many well known New Zealand feature films and has received numerous professional photography awards including a New Zealand Film and Television award for work on the Peter Jackson film Forgotten Silver.
In 2000/2001, he shot stills on the Lord of the Rings film trilogy. Imdb link available here
In april 2006, he was named Cathay Pacific Travel Photographer of the Year for an editorial assignment profiling the cities of Paris and London.
Chris has a Bachelor of Applied Art in photography and is a skilled retoucher in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, and a specialist in PanoTools Graphic User Interface (PTGui).
